Natasha Sara Charleston.

Natasha Charleston is an author, speaker, behavioral health leader, and advocate for hope who brings together professional expertise and lived experience to inspire others to believe that change is possible.

Shaped by profound loss, resilience, and transformation, Natasha shares her story with honesty, humor, and heart—turning pain into purpose and helping others recognize the strength and worth that have been within them all along.

Because you are worth it. You always have been. You always will be.

Day2 Book

Day2 is a raw and deeply personal story of heartbreak, survival, healing, and hope.

Through stories of childhood trauma, addiction, grief, loss, and recovery, Natasha invites readers into the moments that shaped her life—and the lessons that helped her rebuild it.

More than a memoir, Day2 is a reminder that healing is possible, perspective matters, and even after life's darkest days, there is still another chapter waiting to be written.

Because sometimes Day 2 is where the real story begins.

Boxing for Recovery

JOIN NATASHA FOR

More than a workout. A community built around recovery, strength, and connection.

Join Natasha on the second Saturday of every month at TITLE Boxing Club Evanston for Boxing for Recovery—a monthly experience that combines movement with meaningful conversation and community.

The first half of each session is spent on the bags, using boxing as a powerful outlet to move, challenge yourself, and build confidence. After the gloves come off, we come together for a supportive group conversation centered around recovery, connection, and navigating life together.

Your first class is free. After that, drop in for $25 per session or ask about our annual class option.

No boxing experience is required. Just come as you are. Fill out the form to learn more.
