Meet Natasha
I never set out to write a book.
Like many people, I was simply trying to survive life as it came at me.
For a long time, I believed many of the things people struggling often believe: that I wasn't enough, that my past defined me, or that change was meant for other people.
I was wrong.
My goal is simple: to help people find hope, strength, and purpose—even when life feels impossible.
Through my book “Day2”, speaking engagements, community work, and Boxing for Recovery events, I hope to share this message with others.
I'm not here because I've lived a perfect life. I'm here because I've lived a real one.
The conversations that matter most to me are the ones about recovery, resilience, self-worth, grief, trauma, personal growth, fitness, and learning how to love ourselves enough to keep moving forward.
And no matter where you are today, your story is still being written.
Today, I know that our stories don't end with our hardest chapters.
I know that healing is possible. I know that self-worth changes everything. And I know that perspective can transform a life.
My story includes childhood trauma, addiction, grief, loss, and the complicated journey of learning who I was after losing the people I loved most. It includes finding my biological father only to lose him, navigating sobriety, rebuilding my life, and learning that healing isn't something that happens all at once—it's something we choose day after day.
